Processing Times
Orders placed before 2 PM EST Monday through Friday are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM, on weekends, or on holidays are processed the next business day.
Where We Ship
We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories, as well as APO/FPO military addresses. We also ship to Canada.
International Shipping (Canada)
Delivery to Canada typically takes 7–14 business days. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Please note that customs fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost.
Tracking Your Package
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to monitor your delivery status on our Track Your Order page or directly on the carrier's website.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, or if your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us at support@manafit.com within 7 days. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue or send a replacement.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error after placing your order, email us immediately. We cannot reroute packages once they've shipped, and we are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
