Our Return Policy
We want you to love your Manafit products. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
How to Start a Return
- Email support@manafit.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
- We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours.
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging and attach the label.
- Drop the package at any authorized carrier location.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is free for all orders within the United States. For orders shipped to Canada, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email when the refund is processed.
Please allow an additional 2–3 business days for the funds to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Exchanges
We don't currently offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original purchase and place a new order. If the item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us and we'll send a replacement at no cost.
Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards and items marked as final sale cannot be returned.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email us at support@manafit.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include a photo of the issue, and we'll ship a replacement immediately — no return necessary.
