What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders are processed quickly. If you need to make a change, email us at support@manafit.com within 1 hour of placing your order. We'll do our best to accommodate you, but changes may not be possible once an order has entered fulfillment.

Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax is applied to orders shipped to states where we are required to collect it. The tax amount is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping within the contiguous U.S. takes 3–7 business days. Expedited shipping takes 1–3 business days. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties. We're working on expanding to more countries — stay tuned.

How do I track my order?

Visit our Track Your Order page and enter your order number and email address, or use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.

Returns

What's your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window on all unused products in their original packaging. See our Returns & Refunds page for full details.

How long do refunds take?

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive your return. The funds may take an additional 2–3 days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
